Be aware that most titles come retail boxed but some come in a jewel case, in a flat pack or a paper sleeve. Please ask before ordering if this is a concern for you. Also, although the pictures in the item description are exactly what you will be receiving 99% of the time sometimes the picture is for reference only. (i.e. We show the item retail boxed when in fact it comes in a jewel case etc.)

SECURE ORDERING
All online transactions at Cyber City Software are handled with industry-standard SSL
encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.
MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS and POWER TOOLS
There will be a 20 percent restocking fee charged for any item returned for a refund from these catergories. This pertains to items returned for a refund only. Even exchanges will not be charged.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS
We also offer Paypal paments as a way to purchase items. Simply choose paypal on the order form and place the order.
Then, after placing the order we will send you a PayPal money request (invoice.) We are a verified business member.
MAILING PAYMENT
If you prefer to send a check or money order simply fill out the order form, print it and send it to the address above.
UPGRADEING ORDERS
We reserve the right to upgrade your order (i.e. You order version 8.0 of Anyname Software we may send you version 9.0)
FOREIGN ORDERS
We will accept orders from anywhere in the world. If your country is not listed in the drop down menu on the order form simply send your payment via www.paypal.com. Be sure to include $14.99 for shipping and a list of the items desired with the payment.
We will not be responsible for lost orders as foreign orders are not trackable if shipped via US Mail.
TAXES
In addition to the excellent prices offered at Cyber City Software there will be no sales tax added to your order (Wisconsin Residents excluded.)
SPECIAL ORDERS
If you don't find a the title you're looking for on the web site, please send an email. If we don't stock
it, we'll try to special order it for you.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Cyber City Software accepts Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, Paypal, Mastercard, and Visa.
Returned checks & credit card charge backs will be charged a $30.00 fee and turned over
to an outside collection agency.
-Credit Card Fraud: Credit card fraud is a serious crime. All orders submitted with
invalid/stolen cards will be turned over to your ISP, Visa/MC International, and your local
police dept. We prosecute to the full extent of the law. If you sumbit an order with an
invalid/stolen credit card, we will contact your LOCAL police dept with the information
provided.
FREE ITEMS
When there are free items offered there is a one free item per order policy. If you place an order for more than one free item you will be charged for each additional item.
SHIPPING
We usually ship in-stock orders within 24 hrs after receiving them.
If you order a title that we need to special order for you, we will usually have it to you within 7 business days.

- Priority/ UPS Ground Mail for $7.99
- UPS 3 Day for $11.99
- UPS 2nd Day for $14.99
- UPS Next Day for $29.99
- U.S. Mail to Canada for $7.99 *
- Internationally for $14.99 *
** If you choose this shipping option and you have anything in your cart that is not software or DVD's we reserve the right to change the shipping option to the next lowest available shipping option.
Your shipping may be upgraded or sent via another carrier. Although it is VERY unusual we reserve the right to ship very heavy items via ground if you chose Next Day or 2nd Day Air.
* Also if you are a foreign customer we reserve the right to charge more than the flat rate. You will be notified of this for your aproval prior to shipping.
Orders to APO's, Alaska, Hawaii and Pureto Rico will be sent via U.S. mail.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not pick up from us or deliver on Saturday's, Sundays or Holidays.
These rates are for any size order (i.e. 1 or 100 items.) Though most items are always in stock there may be times when an item is back ordered so all orders placed with the 2 and 3 day air option is guaranteed only from the time it leaves out warehouse.
To avoid delays, please
be sure to include a valid email address on the order form.
We reserve the right to ship orders to the billing address even if a seperate ship to address has been provided.
RETURN POLICY
If the software you receive isn’t what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund within 7 days provided that it is unopened. We cannot give refunds for opened software under any circumstance. Although we can exchange purchases for the same title if the software arrives non-working within 30 days of purchase.
Any non-copyrighted items may be returned for an exchange or a refund (-20 % restocking fee) within 30 days, provided that all original packaging material is included. Items received back without original packaging will be returned at your expense.
If you need to return your purchase, please contact Cyber City Software via email.
Reference the purchase date and invoice/packing slip number. Please
note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
