  
Shipping at Cyber City Software is charged a flat rate.
What this means is that you can order 1 or 100 items and the shipping charge remains the same.
Those rates are:
- 1st Class and Media Mail for $3.99 (Average of 3-6 Days)
- Priority Mail/ UPS Ground for $7.99 (Average of 2-4 Days)
- UPS 3 Day Select for $11.99
- UPS 2nd Day for $14.99
- UPS Next Day for $24.99
- US Mail to Canada $7.99
- International Mail $14.99*
Your shipping may be upgraded or sent via another carrier.
Any items in the musical instrument or tool categories must be shipped via UPS Ground. If you do not choose UPS ground for an item in this category we reserve the right to change the shipping method. (There may be some exceptions so if you need something shipped via a different method please contact us first at sales@cybercitysoftware.com.)
Although it is VERY unusual we reserve the right to ship very heavy items via UPS ground even if you have chosen another method.
* If you are a foreign customer we reserve the right to charge more than the flat rate of $14.99. You will be notified of this for your aproval prior to shipping.
Orders to APO's, Alaska, Hawaii and Pureto Rico will be sent via U.S. mail.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not pick up from us or deliver on Saturday's, Sundays or Holidays.
Though most items are always in stock there may be times when an item is back-ordered. This means that all orders placed with the Next Day, 2 Day and 3 Day Air options are guaranteed only from the time it leaves out warehouse.
